Our story

A modern bakery
with old-school spirit.

Evoke began in Curtin in 2022, when experienced baker Jayson Brockman and accountant-turned-bakery-owner Tom Lambert set out to build the kind of local bakery every suburb deserves.

Now serving Canberra from Curtin, Kippax and Spence, we’re still guided by the same idea: quality ingredients, real craft and a warm welcome—close to home.
